ROBIN WALLNER
Robin Wallner was born in Stockholm, Sweden , he is only 22 years old but is already considered one of the most talented riders across Europe. He race’s the three disciplines; Freeride, Downhill and Fourcross.
Robin has raced during last seasons the Swedish national series , the Swedish national championship, World cups DH and 4x, European and World Championship. The 2010 season wasn’t easy for Robin but he managed to fully recover and win the European championship proving his ability to overcome the toughest moments. He also won the Nordic Championship, gained podiums and some victories in the Maxxis cup.
Robin spends lot of time freeriding collaborating with photographers and video makers as part of his job. He is friendly, thoughtful and well disposed, has great communication skills and always tries to be a good representative for their sponsors.

Favourite food: Everything my dad cooks.
Favourite music: Anything from Hip-hop to heavy metal.
A place to travel: South Africa was very special to me but Scotland is probably my favour place because people are so nice and friendly.
I also like the place of Åre because it is a great place for ride horses.
When did you start to ride bikes? I started to race in 2003 but I have been cycling all my life with Robin.
Why did you start to ride bikes? Because my older cousin and my brother initiated me on bikes.
A reason for travel? Because I love it and it makes me feel happy.
The best of the bikes. When you are down hilling, everything happens automatically.It is great.
The hardest part of the game: Injuries and keep cleaned your bike…
The weakest part: Hm, my memory and I am a little bit lazy sometimes.
The most important persons on your life and career: Definitely my mum, dad and brother, they helped me a lot.
The worst moment of your career: I had a puncture in Leogang 2010
The best moment of your career: When I finished 4th in the Maxxis cup Gouveia 2010.It gave some confident in myself and it was a payoff to my hard training.
Future Goal: Keep improving my riding and see how it goes.

Other Athletes you are inspired by: All of the top class athletes of any sort of sport, certainly James Stewart.
Any advice to the beginners? Enjoy your daily ride, there is no way you are going to get the number one within the fortnight.
